DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?
yes, I make all my products I sell myself, they are all made following the UK/EU Legislation and good manufacturing practice.
ARE YOU ASSESSED?
Yes, I have Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) for all my cosmetic products and I am happy to provide front page evidence up on request.
ARE YOUR LABELS ALL COMPLIANT?
Yes, all my cosmetic labels are made inline with UK/EU legislation.
All my wax melts and home product range are fully CLP compliant.

You can use our secure online payment to pay with the following cards:

For your extra security, card verification checks will be made at the point of placing your order.

If you’re paying by PayPal, we’ll take payment at the time your order is placed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price (i.e. the goods were damaged or were not described properly) within 14 working days.
Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased due to damage, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item with photographic evidence. We do not cover the cost of postage for the returned product.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
